This guide explains how to create a full backup from your old hosting provider and submit it to StableCluster for restoration.
Step 1: Generate a Full Backup

Log in to your old hosting cPanel

Go to Backup

Click on Full Backup

Select Home Directory as the backup destination

Enter your email address for notification

Click Generate Backup
Step 2: Download the Backup File

Once the backup is generated, log in to File Manager

Navigate to the backups folder

Download the backup file to your computer
Step 3: Submit to StableCluster

Open a support ticket with StableCluster

Attach the backup file or provide a download link

Include relevant details such as domain name and hosting plan
Step 4: Restoration by Our Team
Our technical team will restore the backup on your hosting account and notify you once the process is complete.
Important Notes

Ensure the backup file is fully downloaded and not corrupted

Large backups may take additional time to restore
