Step 1 : Create a New MySQL User

Log in to cPanel.

Go to the DATABASES section and click MySQL® Databases.

Scroll to Add New User, enter a username and password.

You can also click Password Generator to create a strong, random password.

Click Create User.
Step 2: Assign User to a Database

On the same page, find Add User To Database.

Select the newly created username and the database you want to assign it to from the drop-down menus.

Click Add.
Step 3: Set Database Privileges

On the next screen, assign privileges for the user.

For full access, check All Privileges.

Click Make Changes (or Next Step).

You’ll see a confirmation that the user has been successfully added to the database.
Tip: Keep the username and password safe, especially if using this for a live website or application.
