Steps:

  1. Log in to cPanel.

  2. Go to Databases > MySQL Databases.

  3. In the “Create New Database” section, enter a database name and click Create Database.

  4. Scroll down to “MySQL Users” > create a username and password.

  5. Click Create User.

  6. Scroll to “Add User to Database” > choose the user and database > click Add.

  7. Set privileges (check “All Privileges”) and click Make Changes.
