Sometimes, you may experience login failures, timeouts, or inability to access cPanel. In most cases, this occurs because your public IP address has been temporarily flagged by our security firewall. This is a security measure designed to protect hosting accounts from unauthorized or suspicious activity.

1. Why this happens

Our firewall may temporarily block IP addresses that show:

  • Multiple failed login attempts
  • Suspicious or unusual access patterns
  • Automated or bot-like requests

This restriction is temporary and primarily affects admin/cPanel access only.

Your website and live services remain fully operational and are not affected.

2. How to access cPanel while your IP is blocked

Option 1: Switch network

Try accessing cPanel using a different internet connection such as:

  • Mobile hotspot
  • Office or home Wi-Fi
  • Public network

Option 2: Use mobile data

In most cases, switching to mobile data resolves the issue immediately as it assigns a new IP address.

Option 3: Restart your router

Restarting your router may assign a new public IP from your ISP. After restart, try logging in again.

3. Automatic block removal

Firewall blocks are temporary and are usually lifted automatically within 24 hours.

No permanent action is required from your side in most cases.

4. If the issue continues after 24 hours

If you are still unable to access cPanel after 24 hours:

  • Ensure your network has been changed or router restarted
  • Check if you are using VPN or restricted network
  • Create a support ticket for manual investigation and IP unblock

5. Important notes

This security system is in place to protect your hosting account from unauthorized access attempts.

If you frequently face this issue, we recommend:

  • Using a stable or static IP for admin access
  • Enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for cPanel login
  • Avoiding repeated incorrect login attempts
