Regular backups help protect your website data. You can easily create a full backup of your hosting account using cPanel by following these steps:

Log in to your cPanel account.

In the Files section, select Backup.

Under the Full Backup option, click Download a Full Website Backup.

Choose Home Directory as the backup destination from the drop-down menu, and enter your email address to receive a notification once the process is complete.
When the backup is finished, cPanel will send you an email notification. You can then download the backup file from Backup → Download a Full Account Backup.
